Nick takes all the guess work out of lifting. I am someone who has a busy schedule. Being able to pull up my plan on my phone and get to work at the gym whenever I can fit it in has been awesome. I also travel quite a bit for work and Nick has been able to program hotel gym workouts that keep me on track. Nick is quick to answer questions and keep me motivated. I have seen results with Nick’s programming and look forward to getting stronger!

Before I met Nick I was struggling to make progress with my strength training, and was consistently injuring myself during workouts. I attributed my injuries and slow progress to being middle aged and was prepared to give up and accept them as a fact of life. I'd worked with other trainers before and never really had a good experience. They tended to just tell me what to do without any explanation of why I was doing any particular exercise.
